Terms of Service

Effective September 5, 2026v2026-09-05 What changed
The short versionShow
  • We are a marketplace, not a funeral home

Every service is performed by an independent, licensed funeral home. Your contract for the services is with that funeral home.

  • The 12% fee is shown before you pay

Prices come from the funeral home. Our marketplace fee is added on top and displayed at checkout before you confirm.

  • Refunds and service issues go to the funeral home

Cancellations, refunds and any concern about how a service was performed are handled directly between you and the funeral home.

  • AI tools are helpers, not advisors

The planning assistant and chatbot can be wrong. They are not legal, financial, tax or medical advice.

  • Disputes with us go to arbitration

After trying to resolve things informally, disputes with Eternal Dream are decided by individual arbitration. You can opt out within 30 days of accepting.

  • U.S. residents, 18 and over

The service is offered in the United States to adults.
